Here I can do manips, free of charge! I'll say I'm also sort of good at drawing so I can do that service to anyone too.
My service is open to public.
All you have to do is give me the URL of the pictures and I use that and edit them and I will give you the URL of the finished product.
The finished product will say that name of the member who ordered it. The manip done for the member is ONLY done for the member, if the member lets others use it, that's fine, the finished product is the memeber's and he/she can do whatever they want with the manip.
I can also add some simple text to the pic too.
Note: I'm sort of new to photo manipulation but I'd say I'm pretty good at it......
